BBID Invite for Parent 2 on Application Form

When a family submits an inquiry form once it is processed if the school chooses, the system sends out a BBID invite to Parent 1 and Parent 2 (if the info is provided).

When a parent creates their account through the apply link, they set up their BBID account. However, Parent 2 does not get their account created automatically. Can the option be added to send the BBID invite to Parent 2 when the application is processed?

    Yes- this is very important, especially because there's no way (I know of) of checking the BBID list to see if the parent has not had a notification sent, so I have to remember to check each account in CORE as I process each application.

    This is especially onerous as unlike when an Inquiry is submitted for someone already in the system and we're able to choose which individual fields to update, it doesn’t give us such choices when an Application is updating the data in an Inquiry.
