Our families cannot autonomously cancel or reschedule their event registrations necessitating manual intervention on our part (this also produces duplicates). This manual cancellation process becomes particularly labor-intensive when managing registrations for large-scale events involving thousands of attendees and rectifying registration lists to eliminate duplicates and ensure the accuracy of our attendance records. It will be helpful to give them the access to do so just like they can in the visit & opening list option.
