Add BBID as placeholder to reminder notification and other email reminder templates

The contract reminder email template needs a placeholder to insert recipient's BBID, in order to be able to say "Your username is [BBID]. You can login at ...". Many parents forget their username and the notifications cause support tickets that would be unnecessary with the inclusion of BBID information into the email they receive.

    It would be REALLY great if in the Participants Notifications (which are to people internally) could include the following placeholders: Birthdate, Gender, Date of Birth, Parents contact Info, Interests, Present School and VISIT Activity. Since this reminder is for internal people helping with a visitor it would be nice to share this information. We do about 500 visitors a year. Currently we have to send a separate email for each visit with this information.
