I'd like to see a "why" box when declining acceptance. This would help us understand why a candidate would choose not to attend. Academic reasons, other schools are a better fit, etc. The more data the better I always say…in the end it’s the number of contracts we get back that is critical, but it’s nice to know that people have acknowledged receipt of the decision. To that end, it would be FABULOUS (and intuitive) that if a contract is returned and accepted, it also trigger the candidate decision to enroll with datestamp. You may see another case from me about generated contracts overwriting existing data in the contract tab…it should only do so in cases where fields are blank/null. We don’t, for example, want modified deposits being reset.
