Only certain roles should see certain official note types

When you have built a lot of official note types, it gets a bit confusing for the use to know which one to use. It might be helpful to publish some official notes to only certain roles and not others. For example, none of the onBoard official note types are visible to users of onRecord. The choices would be a bit overwhelming otherwise.

    I would love to allow teachers to have access to certain note types when adding an official note. Please implement this feature soon!

    Agree. Also, another use-case for us is having specific ONs that only certain people can create. For example, an ON titled "A Note From Your Division Head" should only be accessible by the Division Head, not all users with the Teacher Role. Adding this by teacher would make sense.
