Show percentages on grade book report, "Grades - By Student," "Grades by Student (condensed)," and "Grades - By Student with Comments"

For grade books that calculate by Total Points without weight, we would like the reports to show percentages. Show percentages on grade book report, "Grades - By Student," "Grades by Student (condensed)," and "Grades - By Student with Comments"

      This would be VERY helpful for our school during Parent/Student Conference Week. Some of our teachers use the Total Points (without weight) calculation method.
