It has come to our attention that it is not an option to display a banner for emergency bulletins on the public website. From k-12 support, "Unfortunately there is no way to have a banner on the public site, no.". Only a lightbox will be displayed and only if selected.

We would like to suggest adding the option to have a persistent scrolling marque/banner (ticker?) whenever an emergency bulletin is posted to the public website. As it would be persistent and available throughout the website, there would be less likelihood of someone missing out on the announcement by accidentally closing the lightbox prematurely.
