non-emergency Pop-Up Message for Live Site

I would like to have an option to have pop-ups on the live site (not emergency bulletins) that allow users to click the pop-up link one time, and never have it show again for the user.

      We are looking for items to implement for onMessage and we pulled in a few top voted items so far this year and we are looking to continue that momentum in the second half.  This one has a handful of years on it and it gets a couple votes every year.  Right now it isn't in consideration but that could change as we move forward.

      The fact that this has been a suggestion since 2015 and is still not implemented is not very promising. Finalsite has the capability for pop-ups. Why doesn't Blackbaud? This feature would be great for promoting events like Open Houses on the site. Please strongly consider implementing this feature!
