Once an attendance rule triggers the conduct infraction, the link is no longer dynamic.  If a change to the attendance is made, it will not automatically update the conduct.  For example.  A Truant triggers the conduct infraction.  Later the parents call and excuse it and we change to Excused.  The conduct will retain the Truant infraction.  It should update the conduct and remove the infraction.
