By state law we are required to track, and be able to print student immunization records. When students leave (either by transfer or by graduation) we are required to include the immunization records ON THEIR TRANSCRIPT. At the very minimum, a single sheet printout of the immunizations would be acceptable.

Downloading a spreadsheet of every student in the building's immunizations and copy-pasting to a form is a ridiculous - time-wasting option that is not acceptable.

I am going to keep posting this until someone listens. This is not a "it would be great" or "It would be nice" - it is the LAW in Indiana!
