We put students on HOLD, with some due to tuition fee payments. On the HOLD message, we are able to modify the Reason and Contact for the hold. I think the generic message is good, however, we should have the ability to modify the language as we see fit. For example: since we can only have one contact on the HOLD message, both parents and students see the same message. We want to change the message to show "Parents should contact ....", as opposed to the default message of "Please contact....". This makes it clear who needs to take action to resolve the issue.
