Parents send paper copies all the time and we do not have a way to upload them to the student's medical profile. Please add this!
We really need this. Sometimes parents have trouble uploading the required forms, and the nurses need to be able to upload them on the parents' behalf.
yes! This is so needed. There is so much needed improvements for the nurse/medical functionality
100% agree. I am currently training a nurse for our school and we have had such an issue getting parents to attach documents to the electronic form so that they end up in Nurse's Office. More often they end up emailing me or sending to school. We need to be able to add documents like you can with Allergy/Condition. Maybe through History and no through visits so it doesn't skew a visit count.
Yes please! We need some way to view newly uploaded files other than opening each and every medical record.
This is so important! Several of our parents will mail or drop off their physicals/immunizations and we would like to upload them into their account, but there is no way to do this
