Medical Form Uploads

Allow the nurse to add files on behalf of the parent. Also, allow them to upload files when they "Add a visit"

    Yes please! We need some way to view newly uploaded files other than opening each and every medical record.

    This is so important! Several of our parents will mail or drop off their physicals/immunizations and we would like to upload them into their account, but there is no way to do this
