Freeze Month Row and applied to/billing item columns when viewing billing details or Edit Billing Items
When scrolling down, the month row disappears and it is difficult to see what month is being edited. At the same point when scrolling over you lose the applied to and billing item columns. It is time consuming to continuously scroll up/over or resize the screen to be able to shrink it see the necessary information. it would be more efficient to have them frozen so that while working the main information is still visible.

This would be so helpful, not only in looking to see what month a charge was billed, but also while trying to add a charge and making sure you're adding it to the right month, instead of having to put your finger on a column and scroll down to make sure you are.
