1).Statements are still generated every time parents with current and past / alumni students select "View Statement". They find it frustrating when they have to scroll through multiple statements of students no longer at the school to see the statement of the current student.

2).It would also benefit the finance office to ignore any past accounts that are paid up and not have to filter them out afterwards. We can't filter out all past students as some still have balances due.

3).Once a student record is inactive it should no longer allow transactions to be added.
