As per KB 47845, it's not possible to use Table Cleanup on the States table, in EE.  I tried running a global change on the address field, and that didn't work, so I now have to manually fix 99 wrong state entries.  Can Blackbaud create a plugin, or give us a way to automatically fix the state table?
