We are having issues with email reminders being sent to both the parents & the students even though the parents have already signed the form.

Suggest having some sort of options to make the reminder only be sent to the party of the "missing" signature i.e. Don't email parent(s) if the "Parent Signature" portion is complete and don't email students if the "Student Signature" portion is complete.
