School Forms - Automatically update assignments based on group membership/relationship changes

Right now, when you assign a form, it is assigned to that person for good. If you remove a relationship, that person still has access to the forms. If you add a relationship, that person DOES NOT get access to the forms.

 

It would be great if we could assign a form to a group, like "All students," and have it be assigned to all students (or parents, depending on your settings). At the least, relationship changes should trigger a change in form assignment if needed.

    Being able to "bulk" assign multiple forms at once could also help with efficiency

    I can imagine the use cases around this, and the coding, could get very complex, but some enhancement here would be appreciated.

    As first day of school approaches, and students trickle in/out of enrollment, students go on/off athletic rosters, making those one-by-one form assignments is time-consuming. We had about 8 start-of-year forms, and had to assign new families to each, one form at a time...
