past parent role does not have access to the resource board

I would like to allow Past Parents (Parent of Past Student) to have access to resource boards similar to Alumni Resource Board.

We also have a link to Blackbaud Tuition Management on our Resource Board for parents. When their child is no longer enrolled as a current or incoming student, they lose access to any of the Resource Board posts, including the tile to their Tuition Management account and other posts that are helpful for parents after their child has been withdrawn. It would be great to have an option for providing resources to past parents.

We have a link to Blackbaud Tuition Management on our Resource Board for parents. The second we graduate their children, they no longer have access to any of the Resource Boards which means they lose the link to pay their remaining bills! An "All School" Resource Board would be very helpful.
