FR: Sort Notes by Unread, Last Updated, etc.

Currently there is no easy way to find unread responses in official notes.  This was problematic when we attempted to scroll through the long list and find them we had to logout and log back in in order to get this list to update, and even after this would frequently have to scroll up once the bottom was reached and scroll down again in order to have more notes appear.

It would be great if there was a button to filter and sort the notes more than is currently available with the Academics/Admissions and types filters to include:

  • Sort by unread
  • Sort by last updated
  • Sort chronologically and reverse

This is still persists. Why does Official Notes exist if we can't even sort a response from a parent? The Unread filter doesn't always work. I've had to scroll through over a year's worth of notes in order to search for a parent response. I still cannot locate one response that a parent just sent, even after scrolling through 1.5 years of notes!

This is a terrible design flaw. if we can't even look up responses from prospective parents, then please remove the option for them to respond to Official Notes!

i've been complaining about this for over a year and several times this year for the same reasons. They recently implemented a green banner for incoming messages but they do not filter in chronologically. In fact, if a parent responds to a note that was sent several weeks ago (for me, it was 10/18/19), their response gets attached to that originally date when we sent the note out to the parent rather than today's date (which is when the parent's response was!). That means... scrolling, scrolling, scrolling through hundreds of official notes in order to find that ONE response.

COMPLETELY INEFFICIENT USE OF THE FEATURE.
