Adding additional grandparents is unintuitive in an Application form.

Clicking the Add Another Grandparent link jumps to an anchor point in the form which is unintuitive and makes it very likely the parent will continue the form in the wrong location. If the anchor point was moved up slightly so that Email address from the previous grandparent and the Remove Grandparent button are still visible, it would avoid the potential of parents losing their place in the form.

Anyone familiar with the usage of the forms would realize how difficult it is already to avoid user error and the way this currently works compounds those difficulties.

    to Sarah Bienvenue - it still isn't working right - it has to be supper understandable for our parents and it is very confusing - I am working on it right now

    Hi all, we released a fix this Tuesday that keeps users in the same place when using +add another for any block, not just the grandparent block.

    This really needs to be completed so it is clear for the user... Right now you end up losing a lot of data and getting a lot of confusion.

    This issued caused a lots of problems last year. Parents didn't complete the application correctly and we lost a lot of information - this actually happens whenever you attempt to add another sibling, parent, school, and grandparent
