We would like to be able to view the emails that were not deliverable. Currently to communicate with candidates and families we use the email notification for official notes since candidates who are in the inquiry/application process do not login to check their Blackbaud account for messages.
We would like to know when an email is undeliverable so that we can contact the family another way or fix the email. We currently have no proof that an email actually reaches them.
Please implement this for Higher Ed as well!
We would like this for Event email notifications as well.
