We currently require BBID for families that submit our online application. However, most families only create one parent account when filling out the application. Once a candidate is accepted and the contract is sent out we then have to contact all the parents that don't have a BBID account (anyone that has submitted the common application or the second parent that didn't create a login). We require both parents to sign contracts and permission forms.

Currently, the only way to do this is to search each accepted candidate for parents who need a login (very time consuming). If one of the parents didn't provide a unique email address on the application, we then have to contact the family and ask them to provide/create one for us to then use to invite them to BBID. This process holds up our contracts significantly. Most parents do not read the instructions carefully in the enrollment email (which tells them to contact us if they do not have a login) so we have to constantly be checking contracts for pending signatures.

It would be great if we could run a candidate list or contract list based on certain criteria that shows parents BBID info (or lack there of) and we could send the invites from there.
