It would save a great deal of time if there was an option added to the self-service account creation window that allowed a user to indicate that they have previously applied and by signing in, their accounts would be reactivated for the new admissions year.

While some families fill out new inquiry forms or register for events, which creates a new entering year, many families just attempt to sign back in to their accounts and get an account disabled message.
