It would be great if families could see registration options prior to entering in all the information about the candidate and attendees. I find that a lot of families are not completing the form because they cannot see the date options prior to committing to filling out all of the information.
Thank you for taking the time to submit this idea! We are unlikely tot make any changes here, so I wanted to drop a note to give you some context as to why. When you create a registration option, you decide who can attend (candidate, parent, other attendee). The event registration form relies on the attendee information that families provide on the form itself to determine which registration options those attendees can sign up for. For example, if they only enter candidate information and no parent information, the form will only show registration options that are set up to allow candidates to attend and will not show any options that only parents can attend. Because of this dependency, we aren't able to show registration options before they fill out attendee information. We recommend using the Event description space to provide any details families may need before they sign up, since they'll see that before they choose to start their registration form.
