We would like the ability to mark decisions as inactive and even archive those with outdated information. We use the decisions message to communicate details of the candidate's acceptance plus next steps in the process, which may include dates and processes that may change year-to-year. For example, we used a set of decisions for a program and those programs' terms changed enough that we needed to make a new decision. We then had to edit the decisions and add text to let our admissions team know which decisions were old in the list.
