Another Step like the Birth Certificate Step is needed for other items that parents have to submit like the Immunization Record. Options that are currently available require the step to be attached to details such as a test or school.  We would like for families to be able to upload their child's Immunization Form.  Currently, there is not an option that does not force us to attach it to something like a test or school.
