Hide dropped student from Course Recommendations

Currently, if a student is enrolled in a course they appear under Course Recommendations for all terms. If the student was dropped from the course or changed sections they should no longer appear in the teacher's Course Recommendations.

    It would prove useful to have some filters for course recommendations. As some teachers are going to want to suggest a course for students that were in only the first or second term of their course. So a filter for terms would satisfy both ends.
