On a student's medical record under General Information on the bottom right, there is a checkbox "Medical form received" that is not tied to an actual form.  We use it to track physical paper forms submitted from annual physicals at the beginning of school.  Unfortunately, at the beginning of form season, there is no way to bulk uncheck them from last year.  Since it is a yearly form that each student has to submit, having this box remain checked makes it useless to us.  Please allow a bulk reset!
