Make People Finder accessible to other roles than Platform Manager or Academic Manager
It would be nice to be able to clone a role or have a specific role that allows users, such as teachers, access to the People Finder in Academics/onRecord without giving them the bigger responsibilities/rights that come with being either a Platform Manager or an Academics Manager.

It would be better if teachers just had access to people finder like users in core do.
