If the group page indicates that students and parents cannot see advisory, then do not display it on the parents header when they click on their student's name. Do not display until the date shown on group page. Currently we have to shut this off in the advisory and then remember to turn back on for the date we roll this information out. We do not have to do such with dorms; they do not show to parent if group page has it off at the moment.
