Ability to see who approved an infraction

It would be very helpful for Conduct Managers to see which manager approved/denied an infraction. Currently there is no record anywhere of who approved an infraction. It would also be helpful to enable teachers to see who approved/denied an infraction as well so they know with whom to follow up.

    When there are multiple conduct managers, it would be helpful to see who approved an infraction. It would also be nice for others to have the details of who addressed the issue.
