When using "Change" to change a student's section using [Academics]->Scheduling->Requests and schedules->Manage classes it does not give you an option to enter in the other section to switch the person into. You then have to manually add them to the other section.

This is important because using this feature doesn't auto put them in another section but more importantly it DOESN'T mark them as dropped either. The implication of this is that if they are never put in another section, this course will now show up on their report card. Making sure "Include dropped courses" isn't checked has no affect because the course was never marked as dropped.
