Enrollment Management's Official Notes have a template functionality that allows schools to create reusable form-type messages for candidate families and for internal communication. I would love to be able to create similar templates for use in our Academics Official Notes!

Came here looking specifically for this idea. The same functionality available for official notes in Enrollment Management should be present for Academics Official Notes. Particularly the ability to add a template with more merged field options.
I agree. The official notes in Enrollment Management is very user friendly and I think that there should be a way to be able to use these same templates in Academics.
The Official Notes section in Academics is very complicated.
This has been a suggestion for what looks to be at least two years if not more. Has there not been any updates?
Having to explain to staff why the admissions module is easier to use than the academics module is not a good thing.
Totally support this idea. It would also be very valuable to have a bunch more placeholders available; in particular, having the ability to include custom fields (with html) would greatly increase the value of student official notes.
