We have a few children with many allergies and health conditions. We are unable to use the "medication" field for them, as they need different doses of the same medication for different conditions, reactions and situations. For example, Benadryl. For one condition, we are to administer a low dose. For a different, life-threatening allergy, we are to administer a higher dose. The system only allows for one dosage per medication, per student. We currently just use the "Notes" section in each allergy and condition to list reactions, medications and dosages.
