Add Preferred name on Assignment tool for teachers
Only the first name shows in the Assignment tool for teachers. It would be helpful if teachers had the ability to show first OR preferred name like they do in the Gradebook and Attendance tools.3 Implemented

Incompletes should automatically drop off once a grade is recorded for the assignment.
When an assignment tagged as "Missing" is graded in the assignment view, the "Missing" tag automatically drops off. The same should hold true for an "Incomplete" tag.6 Implemented
