Currently if a student has a beginning credit balance on their account, it shows a beginning balance of $0 on the monthly statement rather than the credit balance. If you print a range of the entire history it will show the credit balance in the account balance but will not be properly reflected on the current monthly statement. The response I got from customer svc was that the credit had already been applied to future payment plan charges so was not actually a credit which makes no sense at all. It should continue to show as a credit each month until applied against charges due that month. Seems basic that if you have a credit it will carry over as a beg balance until it is exhausted.
The statement also does show the negative closing balance. The aging block at the bottom should have the -ve balance in under "current"
