We have parents that tend to reply to official notes when logged in and we have no way of knowing unless we happen to see the message bubble on the candidates record or by scrolling through the extensive list of Official Notes. If there is no way for staff to be notified when parents reply, can there be an option to deactivate their ability to reply?
