A parent submits a contract and PAYS their enrollment deposit (a monetary transaction). It appears when admission staff deletes that contract because they want to replace it with an updated contract the transaction for the original contract is also removed from all reporting. The lesson learned is submitted contracts should never be deleted, but the system should not also delete the footprint of an enrollment deposit payment.
