It would be very helpful to be able to click on the candidate name on an Official Note and be able to access the candidate record with that click.  Official Notes are a great way for an admission team to communicate with each other and track information, but it would be greatly enhanced if, from that note, the reader could click on the candidate name and access the candidate profile.
