Since our Admissions Office uses the "informal salutation" differently than our advancement office (i.e. Mr. and Mrs. Smith vs. John and Jane), I would like an additional salutation field added. Perhaps "addressee" for Mr. and Mrs. Smith and keep "informal" for John and Jane. It doesn't matter what it is called as long as there is a fourth option.
