Do not automatically show "overdue" for an assignment that doesn't use OnCampus submission

If a teacher does not collect an assignment from the OnCampus submission, it is automatically listed as OVERDUE until the teacher has graded it and put it in the gradebook.  This is confusing for students and parents when the assignment has been collected, just not recorded yet.

    Very strongly agree with this. If there were a way to tie the "Collected" button to some type of status change, that would help... alternatively, allowing teachers to set an "in-class" or non-date-specific due date would keep the scary Overdue badge from showing up in the student view.
