Currently, if you use the [submitted_by_name] field in a school form confirmation notification email, and a school form is submitted, all the parents of the particular student (father, mother, stepfather, stepmother) receive a confirmation notification, which states they themselves submitted the school form. This is confusing for the parents who did not submit the form, specially for parents in separate households.
If the field is meant to populate the name of the parent who is receiving the confirmation notification, then it should be named [notification_received_by_name] or [notification_sent_to_name], not [submitted_by_name], and what is the purpose of that field?
It would be very useful instead if the [submitted_by_name] field on the school form confirmation notification, would indicate whiich of all the parents of the particular student (father, mother, stepfather, stepmother) actually submitted the school form.
