Adjust calculation method for grades when teachers allow 1+ assignments to be dropped

Currently, when an assignment can be dropped and the student has 2+ assignments with zeros, the system chooses the assignment that is worth the lowest number of total points to be dropped. However, if there is a great variation in the number of points each assignment is worth in a category, there can be a significant impact in the overall grade if the assignment worth the MOST points is the one that is dropped (again - only when the student has zeros in 2+ assignments). This can thus have an impact on the student's overall GPA, and if there are multiple teachers that are allowing dropped assignments and if the student is missing 2+ assignments in each of those classes, it can have a significant impact on their overall GPA, and thus their college entrance and/or scholarship opportunities.
