In the Potential Duplicate Users, we may need to skip pairings that ARE duplicates but we are unable to merge at this time because of conflicting roles (ie. Past Candidate -> Candidate) or other limitation (application on file, etc). In addition to Merge Accounts and Leave Accounts Separate, there should be a 'Skip/Next' to move directly to next pairing without having to scroll down a long list to move to the next record, and then scroll all the way back up to review the next pairing.
