We use the Enrollment checklist to gather a Parents Drivers License for background check purposes. The only current option for us to use to do this is the Miscellaneous File option. This has an adverse consequence as that type of file is published on the student's profile for all to see including the student. According to the case support, there is no way to keep that from happening. There is no checkbox to say publish or don't publish. This is unacceptable as that is personal information and a dereliction of our responsibility to protect such information.

Please either add a publish or don't publish option or another type of file upload that is private information protected.
